Re: Autocad 2017 on Windows 10 64-bit crashing on start

I am using Autocadd 2017 since 40 days

it never crashed during the trial period after payment is done its crashing after every five minutes i run the programme it crashes

i have 16GB ram 1TB hard Drive

Can you fix My problem?

Welcome to the Autodesk Community!

 

I am sorry to see that you are having this problem running AutoCAD 2017.

 

Does the program start up without error and then crash after a specific command or activity? Or, does it crash when starting? Are there any error messages?

 

If you can start the program, try turning off Hardware Acceleration in Options>Systems.

 

Please let me have some more details and let me know if the Hardware Acceleration is part of the problem.
