This is good news! I hope the reset will fix the problem for the other workstation too.

 

As far as the qty of filetabs being displayed, I am not aware of a variable that sets this so it is likely determined by current display size and a registry setting.

 

I am glad that the problem appears to be resolved. Please update your post with the results of the reset.
