It looks like you have an interesting challenge ahead of you. Your migration will not likely see any corruption if you have a solid Internet connection but I would be careful to make sure that you have policies and practices developed and documented before you do this procedure. Have you been using a Local Sharepoint database to do this until now? If not, I would certainly run a pilot to make sure that file transfer speed, xref paths, recoverability , etc. are all taken into account before moving everything to the cloud.

 

Since AutoCAD saves the entire file and not synchronizing at a bit level you will see quite a bit of bandwidth being taken up.
