Can't get rid of unwanted and invisible geometry at origin in block

Hi there,

I've got an issue with some dwg files we're working with, where there is a block somewhere in the file that has some hidden geometry in it near the origin, while the model itself is at the project's coordinate location. - This gives me issues when I'm heading to revit, getting the shared coordinates to line up (it defaults back to centre to centre)

I know its in a block as when I explode all the blocks it becomes visible and I can delete it - however, I'm left with a file with all the blocks exploded.

Is there anyway to exclude anything that isn't visible from all blocks, or alternatively 'unmask' the bits that are hidden so I don't have to explode everything?

Thanks a lot!
