Ok, that message only appears when sysvar PROXYNOTICE is set to 1.
If you have installed that object enabler you should not get that message ... or this drawing was created with a newer version of ACA or MEP. So as you are working based on release 2015 you might get the info if the file you open was created by ACA/MEP 2016 or 2017.
The most important part may be: in some cases you don't need an object enabler, even if the system tells you that it needs it.
If you see all objects, then all is ok.
If you miss some objects then you might ask the creator of that file that he/she uses command -EXPORTTOAUTOCAD to save his project file as DWG without containing ACA/MEP specific objects.
