Installation hangs
Good Morning, I'm probably going back a couple of months now but I'm back trying to install Autocad 2016 on a teacher's laptop and it is hanging on the initialization screen.
The deployment was created and it resides on a network server. I have full access to it. A couple of months ago, after the deployment was created, I installed it on my laptop(same make and model as the one I'm trying to install it on now) and even on some older NComputing stations in one of our labs. The path is \\servername\files\autocad2016-deployment\autocad2016-deployment shortcut. I have tried running the exe and msi directly with no success. It launches but then it never gets past the initialization screen.
Can you offer some insight into why this is not working now?
Is there a way to send a support request directly to Autocad?
Thank you, Tim Wells
