Hi samueldavidjenkins,
Welcome to the forums.
Can you provide some information so I can assist you with the problem?
Please tell me which version of AutoCAD this is happening on. Did this just start happening? Is this from an upgrade?
Do you have any add-ons running also?
While I wait for these answers, I suggest that you logon to your workstation as a new user with administrative rights to see if the problem persists.
Please post your results in the thread so I can work through this and get it resolved for you.

Hi,
Autocad, opens fine along with all apps/plug-ins. However when we remote desktop into a pc to use ACAD go to the plug in "elff series 1" then every time we click on settings we get the appcrash...
This only happens with windows remote desktop. I have used the functions without remote desktop, and have used i different remote desktop called VNC which works perfectly fine.
The product version is I.108.0.0, AutoCAD 2014 SP1
I have used it with admin rights, tried re-installing, I've even tried different OS.

Hi,

You have isolated the source of the issue, why not asking the vendor of that app/plugin?
>> This only happens with windows remote desktop
Not really a supported environment!
Just one idea (as I had similar issues using Citrix), we had to disable the usage of system-printers (command _OPTIONS ==> tab Plot and Publish ==> check/activate Hide system printers.
Maybe this is useful in your case too.

Hi samueldavidjenkins,
I concur with @Alfred.NESWADBA. This appears to be an issue with RDP and the Plug-in. Microsoft RDP has a bunch of troubleshooting steps that you can Google and I think you should talk to the manufacturer of the plug-in. I am unfamiliar with it or what it does so I can't help with compatibility questions.
Clearly however, the issue does not appear to be with AutoCAD 2014 itself.
VNC might be the easiest route to take if you don't want to through the above troubleshooting.

Hi,
Instead of posting screenshots to other threads you should please answer the question in your original thread >>>there<<<
If it's just the language why it's too hard to write us answers then do it with your language.
