Hello, I see from your log there are multiple failure points. This leads me to believe the installer could be failing due to permissions or a security feature. Try the following solutions:
- Make sure you are logged in as the System Administrator.
- Disable User Account Control settings.

- Disable Antivirus software.

After completing the steps try installing again.
