Use this link for online or offline activation, or reactivation of software.

Activation

Go here to chat or email us about Activation issues.

Finding Your Phone Support Information

Customers who have phone support as a benefit of an Autodesk subscription or maintenance plan can look up the support telephone number and Express Service ID to contact Autodesk support in Autodesk Account.

Hi,

>> pls link send technical support remote controal and fast solution.

Either you use one of the methods described in the above post marked as solution ....

...or you place a question here, but in case you want to have a answer from forum members then please describe your problem. What do you want to do, what have you tried and what was the result you've got for your trials.

I have downloaded the trial version of autocad and I tried to draw a line and can't do it. When I tried to use the draw line icon it only made a sound.

Go to contact support at the bottom of the page and instead of choosing troubleshoot, Pick Help with an order and then choose placing an order. You'll then be prompted with options and choose Immediate call back.

Trust me they'll call in a heart beat.

I placed 2 tickets in and didn't hear back at all within a week time span requesting support. Nor an email to set up a call or see when im available

Although as soon as it was for a sale, better believe these money grubbbing assholes got back to me within a minute of me placing it in and they helped me with my issue.

Sport after that was 3 out of 5 stars, Couldn't fully comprehend and didn't seem interested to help and kind of tried to push me off on someone else. Would be 2, But at least got my issue finally addresed and solved in a  timely manner, you know what, **** these guys 2 stars it is

Try the Installation and Licensing forum.

If you did not purchase it directly from Autodesk, contact your reseller for assistance.

@taiyyabalaiba21 Locally you would need to contact an authorized reseller.  Try this site to see if you can find one in your area.  Good luck!
