There are three different methods (qsave, save, saveas) to save you drawing.

What steps are you taking when you save?

hi cadnoob,

user using command "Qsave" in saving.

Also from the screenshot the drawing file logo is different?

I have set default program "Autocad DWG Laucher" but the logo is still different. it showing this Capture.PNGit should be like this cap2.PNG  right?

i know it is not that big issue but just to make it sure that everything is fine.

Regards,

Darell

Below is a picture of my file properties for a dwg. These are fine.

As far as the save issue is there a save dialog that allows them to choose the drawing name sequence or are these being automaticaly generated?

Hi Anonymous1244,

I have seen similar posts and I don't think I have seen a solution to this yet! Can you tell me if each file in the Windows Explorer window reflects a save (or Qsave) that you intentionally did? Or, is this somehow related to an incremental save? Can you try changing your autosave to see if that has an affect?

You can change these settings from Options.

Hi Anonymous1244,

I am curious if you have had time to check your save settings in Options. Please post your findings here so I can help you.
