Hello:
Thank you for helping me, I have one more problem about "revolve". I tried to revolve the yellow object, and choose the yellow object at first, then I specifie two points on the red line so the yellow object can revolve around the red line, but it still not working? I re-upload the file.
What I did is that 1)type "revolve" in the commad 2)select yellow object and then enter 3) Specify two points on thered line and then enter. I don't know what is wrong with my steps? Can you please try to revolve the yellow object instead of building a new one because I am going to combine the object in layer 1 with object in layer 0 (I turned the layer 0 off)? Thank you so much!!!
Best!!!!

Hi @Anonymous,
you don't do anything wrong. Seems that the Spline is not accepted. Please explode the Spline object and revolve.
Regards

Hi,
there are some points double in your spline (control point 19 and 20 as well as 1 and 2), these are critical situations and should be avoided.
At the moment you remove these 2 points command _REVOLVE will be happy to present you a valid result ![]()

Hi,
>> I don't know how to check which points are 19 or 20 and 1 or 2?
Select the object then look to the properties Window, there you have the chance to step through the vertices/control points and every selected point gets a marker:
To step forwards and backwards use the small arrows on the left side of the field with arrow up/down symbol.
>> and how to remove the additional points
Start command _SPLINEDIT, select this spline, then use option Edit vertex ==> Delete
