Tried the following:

 

Highlight = 0 and 1

 

Graphics Perference Dialog box...

1-Turned Hardward Accerleration On and Smooth line display (LINESMOOTHING) on.

2-Turned Hardward Accerleration On and Smooth line display (LINESMOOTHING) off.

 

3-Turned Hardward Accerleration Off and Smooth line display (LINESMOOTHING) on.

4-Turned Hardward Accerleration Off and Smooth line display (LINESMOOTHING) off.

My High Quality geomtry (for capable devices) is greyed out. No other controls in here.

 

LINEFADING=off and on

 

Yes this is happening to all my drawings.

 

Possible useful info:

If the line is behind the line in front. It does as my image showed. Otherwise it's alittle bit easier to see it... Basically it looks the same, except grey. See new attached image.
