So it looks like the end parts can be simply Extruded, and the middle stretch Lofted as I described to get that angle. If you draw a couple of thoughtfully placed vertical Lines across the elevation view, Boundary can give you three separate Polylines to do those separate things to. [And I think I should have suggested that you Move the lower Polyline to the right, rather than the upper one to the left, to get the teeth in the right position in the length of the thing, if the elevation outline shows the near side of them.]
