Not sure how to make it clearer.  In Autocad 2016, there are several panels across the top of the screen above the drawing area (Draw. Modify, Annotation, Layers, Block, Properties, Groups, Utilities, Clip[board, View). I use two monitors. I would like to move these panels to to the right hand monitor to free up drawing space on the left hand monitor and to make the tools more readily available in one spot (like I have for years in previous versions of Auotcad).

When the panels are on the ribbon on the main screen, you can expand them (with the little arrow) and then lock them open (with the push pin).  However, when I move them off the ribbon over to the right hand monitor, I can open them with the arrow (they change to opening right instead of down) but when I move the mouse off the panel, it collapses back.  There is no pin to lock them open.

I've got lots of space.  I don't need them to collapse back.  I would like them to remain open and useable, but on the right hand monitor.
