Unable to turn object into a solid - tried everyhting. Please help

Hello people, I would really appreciate it if anyone could give this a look. Im trying to turn it into a solid so I can do some 3D stuff with it, but every time I try to turn all the little components into one big solid I am unssuccesfull. Again, I would really appreciate it if anyone could check this out, and tell me what i need to do to fix it.

Hi,

welcome @Anonymous.autodesk.com!

What geometry do you have and what commands did you try to get them converted.

Most times the objects are not watertight, so they can't be converted to a 3D-solid, have you verified that?

If you can upload the drawing, it would make it easier for us to see what you have and to give valid suggestions or to point out where the problems are.

Hi Alfred, Thanks for getting back to me. I have attached the file now for you to see. First I tried joining the objects, then i tried mesh, and all the instructions given on this page: https://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/autocad/learn-explore/caas/CloudHelp/cloudhelp/2015/ENU/AutoC... I had a friend design that board for me on a surfboard design software and export it on dxf.

Hi,

where do you have the geometry from? What I can see (just short look to your model) is there are crossing 3D-Faces on both ends of your board. As long as the geometry is not watertight and not self-intersecting you can't create solids from that.
