Custom properties for adobe pdf settings do not save

I have a lsp routine to print pdf to a specific folder and rename it and move it after to user folders.  In Custom properties I select the Adobe PDF Output file to a specific folder.  I specify the folder for all plots to go to by default.  I also turn off the view adobe PDF results box .  I save that Adobe PDF.pc3 file, but it does not save those selections.  It goes back to the default of prompting for filename and viewing the pdf after plotting.  This has been working for me in various versions of AutoCAD since 2014.  It worked last for me in 2022 and now we upgraded to 2024 and it does not work.  Seems like a glitch in the software that it does not save my Custom properties.  Does this on all 5 computers we have upgraded.  My lsp routine will not work if it brings up a window and prompts for a filename.

Hello @todd_larsen

Please type in the command "SYSPLOTCFG" , set it to "1" and restart AutoCAD to see if it helps.

Have you tried a different name for your PC3 file? Like totally different: you can then eliminate what might be a a missed use of the actual modified PC3 file.

... is not something AutoCAD can fix sometimes, you may need ADOBE Support (or post in their User Forums like you did here), if you cannot make those edits stick in the actual driver.

Thank you!  Changing the SYSPLOTCFG to 1 fixed the issue.

Thanks Dean @pendean :cara_sonriente_con_la_boca_abierta:

In the screenshot, it shows version 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024. But this variable is only available in 2024 and later version and on 2024 with update 2024.1 installed.

Not sure, why there is not much information about this variable from Autodesk.

Actually SYSPLOTCFG variable was introduced as early as 2022...but definitely not in 2021.
