Looks like a graphics card problem. You might try downloading an updated graphics card driver. From the view, it doesn't appear to be related to 3d display capacity. Otherwise I would tell you to adjust the 3dconfig settings. If it makes you feel better, my NVIDIA GTX680 (which is not fully supported), does the same thing on Windows 10 sometimes.
Best workaround: redraw or regenall.
