2D or 3D, which is the primary use on your PC? that really matters.
AutoCAD does not take advantage of multi-core Processors. Better get an overclocked processor as close to 4ghz as possible.
16Gig RAM is low if you want a killer PC.
3TB drivers better be multiple 10k speed drives in a speed-configuration with very high Cache sizes.
Gaming requirements are not CAD requirements: which one needs to be the priority? Can't be both.
Which nVidia are you leaning towards?
How much money do you want to spend?
