Not enough information: Is your HATCH annotative? That might do it. Otherwise... elaborate in more detail and share a DWG file with this issue present please.

Hello,
1. Select Viewport: In model space or paper space, click the viewport for which you want to change the raster scale.
2. Scale Settings: Right click and select "Properties". Alternatively, you can go to the "Viewport" tab from the "Ribbon" menu and find the "Scale" section.
3. Changing Scale: Select or enter the scale you want in the "Standard Scale" or "Custom Scale" section in the properties window.
4. Update Viewport: Make sure the viewport is updated after making your changes. Resize the viewport if necessary.
Make sure that the changes made are saved.
