Hello,
I have four lines of text in my Multileader, has any one figured out how to underline the second line? My only choices are underline top and bottom line. Would be helpful if anyone has a solution.
Thank you,

Hi,
I think there is no solution, Acad offering two options, that is all.
Ever tried to set up your own custom BLOCKs with Attributes for this case (instead of MText option)?

Hi,
Thank you for responding. I figured that was my only option was to create blocks with attributes. Hope someday Autodesk will add more than just underline top or bottom of text line in their multileader. Thank you so much for searching for a solution.

Well, since you have 4 lines, you can use the middle of the text option...
