You can start PAGESETUP and click new

Name it what ever you would like

Choose your printer and click properties (note not all printers support creating custom page sizes). I personally print to PDF first as I have found that having it in that format allowed for more options when dealing with a myriad of plotter issues. Also if all else fails you can send a PDF to Kinkos (or what ever the print shops are called these days)

Click Custom Paper size and then Add

Follow the prompts for the printer. I used Start from scratch

Set the media bounds (this will depend on your plotter)

Set your margins

Give it a name

Now file Name

Then click Finish

It will likely let you know you make shages. Save as needed

It should now show up in your list

Now to get it into a layout, type in page setup again and select the page setup and click set current

Now your page is set up as a banner
