Hi,

Whenever content of a layer is not visible on plot you can verify:
- is the layer frozen
- is the layer set to OFF
- is the layer set to "no-Plot"
- within the viewport ... is the layer set to VP-frozen
- in case of block objects it might also be possible that you have to verify the block's insertion layer state for ON/OFF and THAWED/FROZEN
Globally whenever strange situation come up: close all drawings, then run command _RECOVERALL and select your main drawing. This drawing and it's referenced DWG's are then checked for errors.
If none of that was helpful then a look to the drawing (+ XRef) could help us (if you can upload them).
