Unreconciled new layers exist in the drawing

Working on a drawing in the layouts all the layers are not visible when i try to plot the layout a dialouge box appears saying " Unreconciled new layers exist in the drawing. The properties of these layers should be evaluated to ensure they display as intented in paperspace viewports and in layer states. View the list of unreconciled new layers in the layers property manager with a YES or NO option." I tried clicking on yes and the Layer Property Manager did come up and by selecting all the layers and by right clicking and clicking on "Reconcile layer". Now while plotiing the dialog box error doesnt come up of unreconciled new layer but still the layers are not visible in the paperspace. Each layer in plottable in the layer properties I'm not able to know where I'm going wrong.

I need this ugrently how could i plot all the not visible layers on paperspace?

Hi,

>> Each layer in plottable in the layer properties I'm not able to know where I'm going wrong.

Whenever content of a layer is not visible on plot you can verify:

  • is the layer frozen
  • is the layer set to OFF
  • is the layer set to "no-Plot"
  • within the viewport ... is the layer set to VP-frozen
  • in case of block objects it might also be possible that you have to verify the block's insertion layer state for ON/OFF and THAWED/FROZEN

Globally whenever strange situation come up: close all drawings, then run command _RECOVERALL and select your main drawing. This drawing and it's referenced DWG's are then checked for errors.

If none of that was helpful then a look to the drawing (+ XRef) could help us (if you can upload them).
