Maybe video card related. At the command line type GFXDX12 and change it to 0, then restart Autocad.

Or as in your other "met too" post:
https://forums.autodesk.com/t5/autocad-forum/dimension-numbers-are-reversed/m-p/12876722#M1134098
Is the problem in ALL files, or just this one DWG file? You never say for sure.
Did this just start using a new version of AutoCAD?
Upgrade/downgrade?
Hard to help if we don't know more background information, a DWG file, and video or images either.
Can you provide more details?

You didn't mention if this was also the case for text or just numbers. (like if you wrote appl3, would only the 3 be backwards or all of them). Or if this only applied to existing numbers or also new numbers that you type.
So two possible answers. One, you are looking at the drawing from the bottom instead of the top. You viewcube will say bottom instead of the usual top - or the text in the upper left corner will say bottom.
Or you might have the MIRRTEXT variable set wrong at one time. Type in MIRRTEXT into the command line. Generally we like it to be set to 0 (zero) so it DOESN'T mirror text. But if you set it to 1, and mirror the backwards numbers, it should flip them the correct way. Then set MIRRTEXT back to 0 when you've fixed them all.
If neither of these helps, we need more info. At least a screenshot.

This is a quirk in AutoCAD2025 for some users: the fix appears to be what is posted in Message #3 above.

Hi sir,
Already did the Mirrtext command and set it up to "0" but the texts are still in reverse. See snip for sample. For reference, I'm using 2025-English version sir. Thanks.
