Just to make sure I'm not missing something that's related to this....

I have a layer state  created for the paperspace view. NOT when you actually go into a viewport..... but for the sheet setup. I'm diligently trying to get rid of any overrides to my paperspace viewport layerstates that are not intended. Want to have the layer state itself control the views.... otherwise why have the layer state.

Anyway, so I have my layer state for the sheet setup and the idea is I assign it to each layout tab without going into a viewport. Works for the most part. BUT, even after I assign the layer state in some instances there are still overrides showing up in the view (I have my layers set up to show the overrides by hilighting blue). Can't figure out what is going on. Sometimes it feels like a graphics problem because sometimes when I close out of the drawing and reopen the issue goes away. Sometimes when I switch tabs and return it goes away.

Really just looking to see if anyone else has experienced this and may have a handle on whether this is operator error or another issue.
