Some entities should not be plotted.

I have a requirement that entities with the colour same as that of the background color should not be plotted. Will this requirement be achieved by creating a new custom plot style. If so, please let me know the corresponding settings to be defined in the plot style table editor.

 

If this requirement cant be achieved through plot style, please suggest a solution how to met this requirement.

hi, I'm not too sure if i answered you correctly. First your entities must be in the "layer name" and then go to your "layer properties" and on the print column just pick the layer you dont want to plot. please see attached. hope it helps. thankslayer properties.JPG

Hi and welcome to AutoDesk community,

 

The most practical way for such a case is either you put your all unplotted items at Defpoints layer OR mark your unplotted layers like ----> 122.png
