Need an option like Skew, CNC cutter is not square.
I found myself here after realizing that ACad 2024 does not have a skew command. I have a situation where a CNC cutter is not square and I can't use it because ACad does not have this seemingly simple command. Help if you can and want to.

SKEW can be interpreted in many ways in AutoCAD, which of these many suggestions in this similar post are you trying to do

I have a laser cutter which is currently about .4° out of square, for the purpose of this thread assume that this can not be changed or corrected on the machine at the software or hardware level. I normally use INV to make my sheet metal parts and export the flat patterns for cutting.
To cut a square on this machine I have to draw it out of square which is easy to do, not so much with a complicated flat pattern. My work flow would need to be INV>Autocad skew .4°>import into laser or better if I am missing something.
The links in the link that you provided are all dead in the OP. These posts are much closer to what I am trying to do with the one talking about LISP being the closest, I have never used LISP and for now I hope not to. I have included a drawing.

You could simply use the UCS (Command) to skew your User Coordinate System 0.4 degrees.
No need to code anything.

Changing the UCS does not do what I need, it changes both the x and y axis and I need the y to stay put while the x sees a .3935° rotation.
All vertical lines at 90° need to stay at 90°, all horizontal lines at 0° need to change to .3935° and everything in between needs to change. I need to trick the machine by altering my drawing so that any feature which would involve using the gantry, or X axis, has a slight change in angle.

Not a problem: here is an online tutorial showing the different ways to load LISP, its easy to start as long as those LISP are actually what you need
