@parsonsw Welcome to the forum!
When you say normal troubleshooting, I am assuming that means checking for the latest drivers (but I had to ask). This may be something that you would also want to raise with Wacom, if you haven't already done so, as they might also have some ideas. Now... I'll let the experts take over.
