Al texts are bold when mirrored on screen and in the plot preview :

Using AcadE 2022 with all updates.
And these solutions don't work :
Text-appears-bolder-than-expected

yes, this works :

TTF Fonts Adjustment:

  1. Switch from TTF font to SHX font.

But I need TTF  !

okay. All fine, that's the best you can get and there is.

Your PDF "can" looks fine, use another Viewer or different settings.

My Scrrenshot of YOUR PDF:

In AutoCAD, mittored TTFs thru viewports: You can't change it.

You will see it in some situations (Zoom levels) that mirrored are displaying thicker.

(Paper)Plot, no problem.

No no, don't be so positive. I see it on your screen shot to, with a lot of zoom in. :cara_que_disfruta_de_una_comida_deliciosa:

Looks like the width is set to 0.9, that always looks terrible.

But ok,

Do you use another AutoCad version ?

With which program you can zoom in by keeping the quality good enough?

But okay, all I want to say is: You can't change anything, except to use another viewer or another setting in your viewer.

again YOUR pdf, compared in different programs.

>>"Do you use another version ?"

For what?

In my answers I talked about your PDF!

But be sure, it is the same on my side, if I use the same AutoCAD version as you (2022.1.3)

If you use a TTF font you can zoom to atom size and it is still smooth.

But I didn't offered any data with any Text object inside,

just a stupid rasterdata file (screenshot), that's why I asked.
