My preference would be to go with the one that offers more ram. Frankly 4GB of ram to start off really is not enough. You should at least go with 8GB and check to see if you can add 8GB more without having to pull out the 8GB you already have it in. Also, you didn't mention the type of hard drive. I would go with Solid State Drive (SSD). Anything else would be way too slow and you'll get frustrated every time you wait as you turn on your computer for it to slowly boot into Windows.
