Unlike manual drawing when you draw on the computer you should be drawing everything at 1:1 which is the full actual size. This is one major advantage of drawing using the computer. 

Then when you’re setting up to place what you have drawn on one of the standard paper sizes like A0 to A4 then you go to layout,  create a vport using the Mview command and set a scale like 1:25 on the vport looking at a view at the model. You should search online to give you more detailed instructions on how to go about doing this in AutoCAD
