My colleges has created so many dwg on Imperial.dwt assuming 1 imperial unit = 1m
Facing some poblem when inserted these dwgs. to metric.dwt based dwgs
Is there a easy way / lisp to shift the imperial.dwt based dwgs to metric.dwt based dwgs

Imperial.dwt and metric.dwt doesn't sound you are on AutoCAD!?
They should set up Measurement to 1
if they want to work in metric always
And QNEW should refere to the metric template.
Files
For plane autocad/lt:
Open the dwg file
Set Insunits to the right value
Reload all linetypes from acadiso.lin
Purge all
Now, there are one thing:
Your hatch patterns are based on imperial
but I don't no a public and 0$ tool to change this.
(Workarounds are possible)
And another thing: I think most of the blocks are not set to a metric unit,
this isn't a problem, but good to know.

You can share both .dwt, so we can see whats going on.
