Help with sharing palettes

Morning, so i could do with some advice on the next steps i need to take. so i've been busy creating our company pallette to roll out to about 20 users in the office , ive got so far as creating all my dynamic blocks , lines , hatches etc to a blank palette on my local c: drive location and built my palette with its 12 tabs of items on it . ive got to a point where im happy with it and tested everything and it all works.

now i would like to move this to a network drive so that i can get everyone else using it.

my question is what exactly do i do next ...do i now right click on palette , customise palette , then right click on each tab name and export that ''tab name.xtp'' file to my local folder where i created them ..do that to all the tabs , then copy that folder with all the .xtp , actpcatalog file and images folder that it created to a place on our network so that others can link to that location ?

or do i have to move everything to the network first and then create the .xtp files ?

do i need to include the .dwgs with all the items from each tab into the folder that goes on the network or just the items listed above ?

thanks for your help
