Line not highlighting when selected

Usually when I select an existing line on CAD its fully blue and today I highlight it and it only shows the two end and middle points of the line.

In the photo one line is joined and other is a new line. Usually all lines are fully blue and now when I draw a new one its not.

If anyone can help I would be very appreciative.Cad Problem.png

It shows ok for me, try your graphic acceleration.

Enter the 3DCONFIG command and click the Hardware Configuration button. Enter the OPTIONS command or choose it from the Application menu to open the Options dialog box. On the System tab, click the Graphics Performance button. Then click the Hardware Acceleration button to turn it off or on.

Before the line problem it was working fine and then I accidently clicked into 3-D mode and then the line problem started after I clicked out of it

Also when I select any text that I have it highlights red. Not sure if that can be fixed or not.

Probably has to do with graphic card driver needs update.

Someone here will have a link to it.

Your "line" is a PLINE, like the other: do you just need to EXPLODE it?

What is your ABOUT command pop-up list as your exact AutoCAD year and variant?
Your WindowsOS version is...?

Can you also show us the GRAPHICSCONFIG command pop-up too please?

The about command comes up as CAD 2022 with Land/FX.

Windows is the most updated version I think
