We simply use a pdf to be a snapshot-in-time for various steps along the way.


Grant approval? PDF

DNR Submittal? PDF

State Review? PDF

Bid Set? PDF

For-Construction set? PDF

etc.

Once each milestone is reached, we move forward using the one set of cad files for the next step, and the next, and the next.

Then at the end of the project, we have one set of cad files on which we can do record drawings if need-be.
