Docking: Manke sure this feature is not locked, command: LOCKUI

And then, drag%drop the toolbars
Click by the left mouse button on a toolbar, hold the button and move the toolbar to the side where
you want to dock them. The right moment to release the button, is when the shape of the toolbar changes.
