You are drastically overcomplicating this and mis-quoting me. I never said AutoCAD randomly chose a spot. What I said is it is ignoring the Plot Path and going to the default path. Obviously something is pointing to my documents (also not remote one drive, local, hence the C: prefix) and that something is my default plot location.

"... it publishes ANYWHERE it can find...with PUBLISH TO PDF" - exact opposite of what I said - "In fact, like I stated, it publishes ANYWHERE it can find, as long as I don't use the Sheet Set's "Publish to PDF"". So this is the second time you misread the same sentence.

Please read correctly or you are not going to understand the issue.

Why is my default plot location overriding "Publish to PDF" location set in "Sheet Set PDF Publish Options"?

When I use Sheet Set Publish to PDF, It goes to my default location, which is a local drive backed up by OneDrive. All the other publish functionalities plot to any path it can find. Not sure what screenshots will tell you from what I have already described, but here they are:

Path is to an N: for our practice, however test plotting to C: does not affect issue result. (Already stated in original post and replies)

Then I click this button: (Already stated in original post and replies)

Now for the issue: It's not going to the path I specify in the First Screenshot. It goes to my Options>Plot and Publish>Default Location

sgeraciC5Z7G_2-1690476577630.png

which is my local "My Documents" Folder. (Already stated in original post and replies) Changing this just changes where "Publish to PDF" plots to.

That's it. That's the entire process. Hope that helped.
