No, it publishes to the one drive fine as I have outlined. Please re-read what I wrote and don't edit my post because you mis-read.
"Default: C:\Users\...\OneDrive...\Documents (where all of my failed "Publish to PDF" Sheet Sets end up, regardless of the sheets or what sheet set i am using)"
In fact, like I stated, it publishes ANYWHERE it can find, as long as I don't use the Sheet Set's "Publish to PDF". Once again, the issue is with "Publish to PDF". Using "Publish Dialogue Box" also publishes to anywhere I want (yes including the ACTUAL oneDrive path that is located remotely, which is not the path I used).
In fact, the error I described means it lands in my one drive after "Publish to PDF". The issue is clearly not that AutoCAD cannot find my OneDrive.
(PS Many computers have a onedrive backup to their local. This is my local file system. OneDrive's syncs this LOCAL folder though. Again this is evident through the C: prefix on the drive, indicating a local drive. Ultimately, the fact that one drive is involved is irrelevant to the answer of this issue.)
