If you are the only one in the office with the problem, ask your IT to back your computer up, reformat it, then image/clone a working-just-fine-PC to your PC (perhaps even giving you back your old log-in credentials or creating a new one) and see if your issues go away.
For this to work best, resist migrating from an old version or your old setup too.
