I do love how the Experts tell us we shouldnt need to do something - sometimes you just want an answer not more questions.
Ive recently been having same issue as OP copying from full autocad 2019 to LT 2018. Only reason is I had run a lisp routine within a single copy of full autocad used in a small office, where we run LT for day to day use.  

The only solution I found was to save the lines I wanted in 2019 then insert that file as a block to LT and explode.
