Hi,
in your screenshot (on the top border) there is a small item showing "Install now" ... from which application did that come from?
And always a good test to verify dependancies from Internet (AutoCAD is calling home) or from network (AutoCAD verifies network folders, printer/plotter, ...) is to disable/unplug the workstation from network and then try to start AutoCAD.

About "Install Now" notification, it comes from AUTOCAD it self. Its notification to upgrade my current product, this is the screenshoot :
And about your suggestion to disable/unplug the workstation from network and then try to start AutoCAD, i have done that. But its unsuccessfull

@Alfred.NESWADBA I cant do that Alfred, the pop up FATAL ERROR blok me
. But anyway i can solve this case by my self. The problem lies in user account profile. When i try to open it with other user it work well. So, i just need delete my current account, and relog with brand new "current user". Im using Active Directory bytheway. Thanks all for your advise ![]()

Hi,
>> I cant do that
You would have been able to start the service pack installation also by manually find and download the service pack and install it from the downloaded exe.
>> When i try to open it with other user it work well
That can also be just a defect AutoCAD profile, look to >>>that article<<<, maybe you don't need to recreate all your user settings for all your programs then.
Anyway: good you have found a solution to continue working well ![]()
