TIFF image reference black background
What does it mean that an image reference of a TIFF file has a black background, while most other images display in white?

My guess is it has a transparent background.

Akin to pdfs, this is what I would expect, yet the TIFF obstructs entirely.

Hi @jdfnnl
Thanks a lot for posting your question to the forums! There is a way to invert this.
- Select your .tif image in AutoCAD.
- Go to the Raster Tools Tab.
- Under the 'Clenup' drop down in the Edit Panel, select 'Invert Image'
- Then under the 'Process Image' drop down in the Edit Panel, select 'Change Color Depth'
- When it prompts you, select the Bitonal option.
We look forward to hearing back from you with more information so we can help you as a community!
