The H is for the text Height, followed by a multiplier and an x [times], so 1x has no effect [try a different number].  The W is for the Width factor.  The <> stands in for the measured value, so replace that if you want it to say something different [dangerous], or remove it if you don't want a measurement to be part of the text.

 

Edit the text of a Dimension, playing with all the possibilities in the ribbon editor [font, color, italics, underlining, etc.], and you'll see the coding format for all those options.
