That is not the way how I would work as application developer.
But at least I'm out as I don't have HydraCAD (well, now I know I will never buy/use that). Only people using that application can try to reproduce this with your drawing.
I guess you already tried the standard answers like "try to turn off hardware acceleration" or "try to use AutoCAD with a new Windows user account" ![]()
