Simple and safe way of moving DWG files to work from a different location ?

At the moment I am working in the office and from home. Moving files on a thumbdrive seems to have its risk, getting lost or deleting the current DWGs.

I am looking for a simpler way to move files and access the current files from a different location safely , with or without another device. Meaning if there is some other device thats inexpensive , Im ok with that .

I was also looking into the Autocad web cloud. Anyone use this? https://www.autodesk.com/products/autocad-web/overview?term=1-YEAR&tab=subscription

Again, I do the majority of my work in the office and would like to access DWGs from the house if need be.

Are you on subscription?

If so you may have access to to BIM 360 Docs or Autodesk Docs depending on your subscription.

got to Autodesk - Account and see if you have these services

as long as you have internet access, you can use one of the free cloud based storage solutions to save your drawings like:

1. OneDrive - free by just creating a Microsoft account gives you 5GB of storage

Cloud Storage Pricing and Plans – Microsoft OneDrive

2. Dropbox - free basic account gives you 2GB of storage

Dropbox Basic (Free account) - Dropbox

Then you can access these drawings from any computer as long as you have internet.
