Problem with Hatch Maker

The extension "Hatch Maker" (to create new patterns) loads correctly but when I write the "DRAWHATCH" command, the 1x1 box that is supposed to appear doesn't appear.

Does anyone know why?

Thanks in advance.

I haven't used that, but looked at the one @pendean linked to.  Your problem would occur if the current Layer is turned off, which doesn't seem likely, but make sure it's on.  [Or if the current Layer or the current entity color is set to the same color as the background....]

Does it get as far as Zooming in around the square from 0,0 to 1,1, whether you see the square or not?

Is your current Polyline width [PLINEWID System Variable] set to something large, not to 0?
