Loss of detail and Extra lines showing on vector file

Hello, I am used to modelling in fusion360 so I thought I would make a 2d drawing in there as well because I'm most comfortable with that software. However, when I export it to dxf or dwg vector file, there are all sorts of extra lines all over it (constraint lines?). Also, it seems to have lost the nice curves that are visible in f360, and seems to be made of a series of straight lines. I downloaded autocad since I know its better for 2d stuff, but I have no idea how to fix this up, I cant seem to be able to view or select any lines or points. So, is there a way for me to remove all of these? And, can the curves be smoothed out like they are in my f360 file?

The top pic is in Autocad, the bottom in Fusion.

Thank you so much for that, but it isn't the whole solution, the drawing is still very segmented. Is there a way I can smooth out all of those curves like they are in my f360 file?

Edit: Nevermind, I just realized it was my view resolution, oops!
