CAD 3D Corner Piece

Anyone know how I can make this 3D piece with a 90° corner return? Basically a molding wrapped around a corner

SLICE a 45° wedge off the end.  MIRROR in an appropriately defined UCS.  UNION if you want.

Make 2 pieces and put together at 90 degrees, draw 2 lines at 45 degrees and use them as cutting plane to slice.

Pick end points of one line and 1 end point of the other line.

It can be done easily enough without actually drawing Lines for the purpose.  Either by setting a UCS or by 3D Rotating in the WCS, get to the point where the Z axis aims upward from the top:

In PLAN view so that you're looking down from above:

SLICE

{select the 3D Solid, Enter to complete selection}

{pick some point A}

@Anonymous,10 {to get point B -- does not need to be beyond the other side, but anywhere in 45° relation to A}

@0,0,1 {third point for Slicing plane}

{pick to the right to keep that part}
