I would guess if you turn the Excel's background to black you would get a black background in your OLE object ... ![]()
Other question: it seems you are working with a black background in AutoCAD (I guess that's the reason why you ask here for none-white background), would you see black text (from Excel) when you insert the OLE-object with transparent background to AutoCAD's graphic with black background?
