what is the use of restore option in layer state manager ?

I see no use of tick/untick of Restore option because it makes no difference.

Save a layer state.

Create 1 new layer. Or copy/paste an object in 1 different (new) layer into your drawing. This added layer is not saved in your layer state.

Restore a layer state with this option ticked on. The newly added layer will be turned off. What that could be good for? That new layer simply does not mess up your well-organized layers saved in your layer state. You can clearly see which layers were added.
